C2 MOBILITY IN FRANCE- Exchange of Pupils
MAY 28th- JUNE 3rd
Tasks to be done by partners prior French mobility
- Listening & Speaking Module will be minimum 50 pages (A4). The module will be conducted in English, but later it will be translated by each partner in his/her language.
- Module: electronically + printed form.
- A general template for the manual will be provided by the coordinator.
- On May 2018, each partner will organize 5 different listening & speaking activities for French Mobility as well as a grid which summarizes other key contents (objectives, resources needed, cross-curricular issues, catering for diversity etc).
- Content of Listening & Speaking manual- we’ll discuss and reflect on:5 different activities already implemented in your language lessons.Explanation of the activities (grid+ explanation) uploaded on the wiki. ( Deadline: 25th MAY 2018).
- Include photos taken during activities (optional)
- Include links for recorded videos (with English subtitles, if needed) during activities. This is a must to show how activities are implemented. Videos must be uploaded on our project youtube channel. Please indicate a description. Link must be posted in your section of the manual.
- French partner can provide us with a printed version of the activities file (from the wiki) at their school ( if needed).
- All students and teacher must bring their project T-shirts (you may choose the colour, but all of them must include the logo and name of our project-big size-, erasmus plus logo, and the logo of your school.
- Our Estonian partner must send us a draft/bring a copy of their dissemination tool ; poster to the mobility. So they will get all of our feedback. It would be useful to use the same design to have some brochures of the project. We can discuss it on Skype.
- Project website must be done and ready to be shown during French mobility. Our French partner will introduce it to us.
- French partner must send us invitations letters and start filling in the French folder on the wiki with information about arrivals, participants etc… as we did in the rest of the mobilities.
- Very important: Students need to meet their host family before the mobility.It would be very useful if they could meet before coming on Skype.
- We must fill in Europasses files before coming to the mobility (both from German mobility and next French mobility; students and teachers). They must be signed by your headmistress/headmaster and German & French headmaster respetively. (we’ll discuss on Skype how to deal with this)
- Kerstin, as the logo contest coordinator, please remember to bring to France the certificate for the logo designer winners ( Ana Millán Marco- 1st prize; Nuria Isabel Molina 2nd prize) and the 3rd prize was a German student.
Tasks to be done by students prior to French mobility
- Twinspace reading circles (URGENT): worksheets uploaded, twinspace wall updated, pictures of video conferences uploaded. Work must be done before coming to France. Our Turkish partner will coordinate this task.
- Each students must bring a favourite book(exchange of books in French mobility)
- Students should prepare a little text in english about their favorite book to explain orally to other students why they like it and what they know about it.
- All students tasks must be coordinated and monitor by their respective teachers.
Tasks For Partners During Mobility:
- During French mobility, discussion and reflection on the activities suggested must take place. Each partner (apart from French one) will explain in 5’ the key concepts of the activities suggested ( briefing). Edition of each parters’ activities. Conclusions for the manual. French partner will be responsible for writing an introduction and combining all and thus, the oral skills manual will be done.
- French partners won’t show any mind map. Instead, as host partners, they will organise a workshop to deal with reading strategies and activities with students, where they will apply some of their activities suggested to check suitability.
- Students will develop a post-reading task (please check item 7) to finish the 1st year of Etwinning project GoFor. Their outcomes must be shown in the French GoFor Book Fair which will be hold at Collège Saint-Anne during the mobility.
Tasks For Partners After Mobility:
- Each partner will organise activities to disseminate the module among the scholar community as well as the activities suggested to ensure the sustainability of the project
- Each partner is responsible of dissemination updates: local press, school website, project blog and other social networks (facebook, instagram, twitter). The Coordinator will also update project facebook.
- After mobility, French partner will prepare the newsletter of the C2 mobility. Please Caroline, after mobility, you send me a file with the information and pictures you’d like to insert and I’ll do it for you (I’ve got the template on my IPAD). Then you’ll upload it on the wiki.
- Students must also disseminate what they learned and what they did before and during the mobility. Task outcomes can be shared with the rest of the scholar community.
