Assignments M2 Meeting

     This page will be devoted to explain clearly the tasks assigned to do prior our 2nd TPM in Hatay (29th-3rd May 2019).

 

     Attendees: Turkish partners, French partners, Spanish partners and Estonian partners. German partners are not attending this mobility, but they agreed to meet meeting online via Skype or any other online app to contribute to reaching project objectives.

 

   Tasks for partners prior mobility:

 

  • Project final questionnaires must be filled in by students (80 students /country) and teachers (15 teachers/country). These results will be analysed and compared with previous results by each partner (both students and teachers). An analysis will be offered by each partner during M2 mobility (15' presentation). 
  • All project websites and other dissemination channels must be presented updated by each partner: project website, etwinning,school website, each partner's blog, project facebook profile, instagram etc)
  • Final evaluation report: coordinator will provide partners with a draft plan  that can be discussed during mobility.
  • Mobility tools must be updated by each partner. Q&A session.
  • Estonian partner will provide partners with a copy of the last project work package: Literacy lessons. E-books will be shown and pdf files will be sent to partners by the coordinator.
  • Sustainability of the project: each partner thinks about suggestions and ideas to be shared. 
  • Etwinning quality labels: our Turkish partner ( awarded etwinner) will explain to us how this works via a brief ppt.
  • Turkish partner must assure press will be present during mobility so we can disseminate the project. 

 

Tasks for partners post- mobility:

 

  • Turkish partner, as a host, must send us attendance sheet (done), newsletter (text and pictures in a word file to coordinator) and meeting minutes. Deadline 25/05/19
  • As we agreed, all partners must upload their questionnaire results and conclusions on wiki. Both teachers and students'.  Deadline 25/05/19
  • Other assessment actions are required:
    • Pls comment on this padlet to provide me a final assessment of the project (coordinators),. Deadline: 31/05/2019
    • I also sent you some questions from final report to answer by mail.  Deadline 31/05/2019
  • Project coordinator will develop final project report and send it to you via mail. Coordinator will also send some key words partners must include in their final report to help coherence. Deadline to submit final report must be 60 days after the project ends. Project ends 31 August 2019.
  • We'll organize a Skype session after summer holidays for Q&A before submitting.
